The model FH3 / FH4 DTG Digital Temperature gauges are battery operated dual element digital thermometers specifically designed for use on retort processing systems. The FH3 / FH4 fully complies with FDA requirements outlined in 21 CFR 113. With a large Liquid Crystal Display, the redundant temperature elements provide continuous error checking eliminating any unplanned production downtime.
