MPP pressure sensor with integrated Sentinel DFI (Diaphragm Failure Indication) technology for continuous pressure monitoring and diaphragm failure alarm.

In the case of standard pressure sensors, in the rare event of diaphragm damage the product can get in contact with actuating fluid or with non-sterile interior parts. The failure of a diaphragm may even remain undetected over the period of several production batches, causing contamination and loss of corresponding product value. MPP Sentinel DFI Monitors integrity of the diaphragm and provides digital alarm when the barrier is compromised.

  • Ideal for life science process and sterile applications with temperatures up to 177°C (350°F)
  • Digital alarm in case of diaphragm failure
  • Accuracy of 0.10% of full span
  • Wetted parts with electropolished surface of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm
