Omega Scientific Instruments Ltd. is specilialised in the designing and manufacturing of stainless steel products for the health care industry. The high level of quality demand in this industry is the key to Omega’s success, ensuring superior technical competence to meet all customer requirements. As one of the few Biopharmaceutical Solution Providers Omega strictly adheres to the ASME BPE guidelines. To meet high quality standards, time and time again, Omega relies on the pressure gauges from Anderson-Negele.
Anderson Negele sensor Features:
The Autoclavable Pressure Vessels are designed to be sterilized completely and repeatedly in an autoclave with temperatures of up to 130 °C (266 °F) and a pressure of 2 bar (g). The integrated measuring devices as a whole have to withstand these sterilization processes, and still assure the highest accuracy and reliability in operation at any time.
The EM pressure gauge is only 90 mm in diameter but presents an excellent visibility in the big display. The structure is all welded and in stainless steel, so that can resist regular andrepeated autoclaving without any restriction. The multiple protection of the diaphragm assures a long-lasting quality even with superior mechanical stress or frequent disassembly for control or re-calibration reasons.
The actuation fill is a special medical white oil which is 100 % compliant to FDA standards, the housing itself is non-filled forautoclaving purposes, the surface quality of the diaphragm is electropolished with Ra ≤ 0.2 μm. The device completely meets highest AMSE BPE standards and comes with a complete certification and documentation package.
