ISO 9001 Quality Management System

A quality management standard such as ISO 9001 describes which requirements the management system of a company must meet in order to comply with a certain standard in the implementation of quality management. It can be used both informatively for implementation within a company and as proof of certain standards to third parties. The proof is provided by a certification process with subsequent issuance of a time-limited certificate by independent certification bodies.
