Field Service Training Registration

The class will run Monday until Friday at noon and will cover the majority of our current products. Tuition for end users and independent service providers is $500 per week. Channel partners are encouraged to attend and are not charged tuition according to the partnership agreement. A $200 deposit is required to reserve your seat and will be forfeited for any cancellations within 10 days of the class start date. Please provide a PO number for the deposit and tuition at the time of registration.

We will hold open registration until about four weeks prior to the class start date. If you would like to attend the class, please register before then. Class size is limited, so sign up early to ensure your seat. We will fill the seats on a first come, first served basis.

The class will follow this schedule:

  • Monday – HTST Pasteurization (AV-9900 STLR, DRT, JD DPS)
  • Tuesday – Sensors, Analytical & Level Fundamentals (Temp, Pressure, Conductivity, Level)
  • Wednesday – Flowmeter Applications (Turbine, PD, Mag, Mass, Totalizers, Batch Controllers)
  • Thursday – Recorders & Indicators (AV-9000, AJ-300, ACR-700, GK Series)
  • Friday – Controllers (1/2 day) (PID Theory, 801, ED-190, AIC-200, 600).

Lunch and snacks will be provided each day and Anderson will host a group dinner one night. Travel and lodging is the responsibility of the attendee.

This is a hands-on class intended for maintenance or service technicians / engineers and will expose attendees to basic theory of operation, as well as configuration, calibration, troubleshooting and repair.

Individuals wishing to gain general knowledge of Anderson products and the applications in which they are utilized should attend the Anderson Sales and Application Seminar nearest you.

To sign up: choose the class you wish to register for above and click the Next button. Complete the form on the next page. Registrations will not be accepted without a company purchase order. Shortly thereafter you will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail and once the attendee list is finalized, you will receive a confirmation and details regarding travel arrangements.

Cancellation policy: A $200 per attendee deposit is required, to be billed only in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 10 days of the class start date.

Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the number of tuition-free attendees per class. We also reserve the right to limit the number of attendees per company to two.
