ELS Steam Pressure Gauge (90mm)

Pressure Sensors

Hygienic pressure measurement up to 600 psi / 40 bar at extreme process temperatures up to 400 °F (205 °C), even in steam environments where conventional pressure gauges or those with siphons are often insufficient.
The technology in the extended stem has been specially designed to isolate the sensor from the high process temperature and protect all internal components from heat damage. Together with the steam-stabilized stainless-steel diaphragm and the fully welded stainless-steel case for corrosion, shock and vibration resistance, this guarantees a long service life and permanently accurate, stable pressure readings.

The exceptional application properties of the ELS make it the ideal measuring instrument for all applications in the food or beverage industry where hot steam, very high temperatures / temperature changes or pressure surges can occur, such as:

  • Applications with thermal cycling
  • Steam-in-Place Sterilization (SIP)
