For most items, there’s no need to ship them in for a quote. Your distributor can often provide pricing based on your model and serial number.
Request an RMA (Return Material Authorization)
What Happens After Return?
- “OK to Proceed” Items: We’ll immediately process a replacement order at standard lead time.
- Quote or Warranty Requests: Your item will be evaluated. A repair/replacement quote will be emailed to your distributor within 5–7 business days.
- No Response Policy: If we don’t receive a response within 30 days of quoting, the item will be either returned unrepaired or scrapped.
