FD Digital Reference Thermometer
The DART is an AC powered digital thermometer that complies with the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance for milk pasteurization, as well as 21 CFR 113 for retort applications. DART display may be located up to 1500′ from the sensor.
- High accuracy – Digital display reads to 0.1°F (0.01°C)
- Meets PMO provisions and for use as Alternative Temperature Indicating Device (ATID) on Retort cookers
