To take the next step in this journey, we have made several organizational changes to provide the right structure to best support the growth of our valued channel partners and customers.We are pleased to announce the following promotions and new members to the Anderson-Negele team:

Organization Changes / Promotions

Sales and Service:

Alex Araujo has been promoted to National Key Accounts and Sales Manager, Southeastern, Mountain, and Western regions.  Alex joined Anderson-Negele in 2011 as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeastern US region, and was promoted to Key Account Manager in September 2016.  During his time with Anderson-Negele, Alex has consistently delivered above market growth and been successful influencing key customer decision-makers.

In his new role, Alex will continue to manage Key Accounts nationwide, and take on regional team management for his new territories.  Reporting to Alex will be Gaddiel Garcia, Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest territory; Ron Raybarman Regional Sales Manager for Southcentral/Mountain territory and Kurt Hummel, Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast territory.

Seth Hanson has been promoted to National Key Accounts and Sales Manager Northeastern, Midwestern, and Canadian regions.  Seth has spent his career with Anderson-Negele, first as a Field Service Technician, then in 2003, transitioning to Application Specialist, and in 2015, to Regional Sales Manager.  Over the course of his career, Seth has developed profound application and product knowledge and has been key in driving FBS tools to accelerate growth.

In his new role, Seth will manage Key Accounts nationwide, and take on regional team management for his new territories.  Reporting to Seth will be Bruce Krohn, Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast; Carroll Rocha, Regional Sales Manager for Canada and Emmanuel Lagman, Regional Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest territory.

Jeff Snow has accepted the role of Technical Service and Training Manager, effective in mid-April.  Jeff first joined Anderson-Negele in 1991 as a Field Service Technician, and after a brief time working with one of our channel partners, he re-joined the team in 2000 as a Level Systems Specialist and was promoted in 2005 to Service Manager.  Jeff possesses exceptional technical and application knowledge, and has leveraged FBS tools to realize significant improvements in customer satisfaction.

In his new role, Jeff will continue to manage the Field and Technical Service teams, and add responsibilities for internal and external customer technical training in North America, and distributor channel management.

Karol Gifford has been promoted to Customer Service Supervisor. Karol joined Anderson-Negele (A-N) in 1988 as a Shipping Clerk.  In 1990 Karol was promoted to Customer Service Representative; serving Anderson Instrument, providing exceptional customer service for 15 years.  In 2005 Karol accepted a promotion as a Product Specialist joining the Engineering team.  Throughout her career with Anderson-Negele Karol has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and complexity and has delivered exceptional results and developed an advanced understanding of our business.

In her new role, Karol will be responsible for Anderson-Negele’s Fultonville Customer Service team.

Joey Nerstad, to support our strategic growth, Joey will move into a nationally focused Life Sciences sales role towards the end of 2017.

North American Marketing:

Paul Wagner has been promoted to Director, Marketing.  Paul joined the Anderson-Negele team in 2008 as the Northeast (and Puerto Rico) Regional Sales Manager.  Paul excelled in his sales role and in 2011 was promoted to Market Development Manager. In 2014 Paul was promoted to Global Product Manager for BioParm, Pressure and Level; in 2016 Paul was promoted to Senior Product and Marketing Manager.

In this role, Paul will be leading the Fultonville Marketing Team.  Reporting to Paul will be Product Managers Gary Ratajczak and Bob Ksiazek, as well as Marketing Communication Manager, Gregg Miller.

New Members to the North American Sales Team:

Kurt Hummel has over 10 years of sales experience in the food processing industry, developing a reputation as an excellent Sales Manager.  Kurt will be joining us as a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast territory, replacing Joey Nerstad who is moving into a National Life Sciences role.

Emmanuel Lagman has 6 years of sales experience and 16 years Business Development/Product management experience. Throughout his career, Emmanuel has worked in the food instrumentation industry and will be joining Anderson-Negele as a Regional Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest territory.

Ron Raybarman has 15 years of Sales experience, including 6 years of experience at Fluke Corporation within Fortive, before joining Anderson-Negele as a Regional Sales Manager for the Southcentral/Mountain territory.
