ANDERSON-NEGELE FLOW MEASUREMENT UND FLOW MONITORING
Safe measurement and monitoring of flow
With the magnetic-inductive flowmeter FMI, the FWS/FWA ultrasonic flow monitor and the FKS calorimetric flow monitor, Anderson-Negele offers three different measurement principles that reliably and cost-effectively monitor your processes.
MAGNETIC-INDUCTIVE FLOW METER
Measuring principle: Magnetic-inductive
- Suitable for liquids, mash and pastes with a minimum conductivity of 5 μS/cm
- Measurement of flow rate and volume in food and pharmaceutical applications
- Precise measurement of media containing solids (< 5 % solid particle content)
- Suitable for dosing and filling applications

ULTRASONIC FLOW MONITORS
Measuring principle: Ultrasonic Doppler principle
- Extremely rapid response time < 1 s
- Absolutely independent of temperature changes, making it ideal for CIP applications
- For use in all media with a particle diameter > 50 µm (e.g., tap water, milk, CIP media, etc.)
- Measurement up to 140 °C
- Switch output or analog output
CALORIMETRIC FLOW MONITORS
Measuring principle: Calorimetric principle
- For use in all aqueous, non-oil containing media
- Can also measure highly pure or ultra-filtered fluids
- Integrated sensor protection against overtemperature
- Response time approx. 5 s
- Measurement up to 100 °C
- Switch output
